Words matter. Whether you write articles, reports, or broadsides, you can't afford to be boring. This workshop will give you techniques to ensure that your writing gets the right kind of attention. We'll look at specific writing techniques such as telling stories and creating characters. We'll look at the language you use and how to make it zing. And we'll look at the kind of writing that turns people off -- and how to avoid it.
